CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Cost: $12.00 per match payable with entry to Wagga Wagga City Pistol Club Inc. Entries will be accepted in order of receipt up to the closing date. Total entry fees must accompany your entry form.
International Paralympic Committee: An Open Competition is offered to World Shooting Para Sport (WSPS) members in 25 Metre Pistol and 10 Metre Air Pistol. 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each match; for air pistol, a female competitor’s score will be scaled up 1.5 times.
Qualifying Score: The qualifying score is a competition score that you have shot in the past 12 months or an estimate of your highest potential score. (The reason that qualifying scores are necessary is that the squadding of the FINALS are more complicated than previously. The organiser must be able to estimate all potential finalists or have the capacity to insert a few unexpected finalists.)
Closing Date: *** ENTRIES CLOSE – WEDNESDAY 13th September 2017 *** Late entries will be accepted if space available.
Equipment Check: From 11.00am on Friday 29th September and from 7.00 am on other days. GRADING CARDS and current PISTOL LICENCE must be produced.
Practice: The range will be available for practice Thursday 28th & Friday 29th September.
Squadding: Shooters will be advised of their range duties, shooting times and positions by e-mail. Included will be a complete schedule of matches showing ranges and times. PREPARATION TIME will commence BEFORE the advertised starting times.
Dress: No open footwear or sandals are allowed while working or shooting on the range
Ammunition: No jacketed or semi-jacketed projectiles allowed
Finals: 50m Pistol, 25m Rapid Fire, 25m Pistol Women and 10m Air Pistol (Men & Women).
Presentations: The Opening Formalities will take place at approximately 5.15 pm on Saturday 30th September. The Presentations take place at the conclusion of the scheduled shooting programme each day at approximately 5.15 pm.
Catering: Refreshments will be available at the range each day from 7.30 am.
